General shipping and delivery conditions

The prices stated on the product pages are end consumer prices and include the statutory value added tax for Germany.

In addition to the product prices listed, we charge a flat rate per order for delivery. The shipping costs will be clearly communicated to you again in the shopping cart system and on the order page.

All shipping costs are valid for the mainland only. If your delivery address is on an island, please let us know in the general remarks of the order form, by e-mail or by phone.

Delivery times

The delivery time within Germany is 3 – 10 working days.

Should there be delivery problems, you will be informed by our customer service.

Shipping status

When the goods are shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail to your e-mail address specified in the order process.

Within Germany we ship with DHL.

European Union
Orders from other EU countries will be shipped by DHL.

Worldwide
Orders from the rest of the world are shipped by DHL.

For normal deliveries we charge a flat shipping fee for the entire order.
